Ingredients
- 1 pound pork or beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Coat the pork or beef slices in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the coated meat until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, combine ketchup, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the pineapple, bell pepper, and onion to the sauce and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
