Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown.
- Add the onion and bell pepper chunks to the pan and cook until they are slightly charred.
- Serve the Tangy Tofu Tikka hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
