Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 8 wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken chunks and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- In another bowl, combine the grated cucumber, dill, and feta cheese to make the tzatziki sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken chunks onto the skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve the chicken skewers with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
