Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 8 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Add the shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the tofu mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Spoon the tofu mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
