Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Add the shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the tofu mixture and stir to combine.
- Spoon the tofu mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
- Roll up the lettuce leaves and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the lettuce wraps, seam side down, in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the lettuce is slightly wilted and the tofu filling is heated through.
- Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
