Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to make the marinade.
- Thread the tofu, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers.
- Place the skewers in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Cook the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu and vegetables are charred and tender.
