Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
- Water for sealing the dumplings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the crumbled tofu, chopped cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the tofu mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and tofu mixture.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
