Taramasalata Temptation

Ingredients

  • 200g tarama (fish roe)
  • 2 slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the bread in water for a few minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
  2. In a food processor, combine the tarama, soaked bread, olive oil, lemon juice, grated onion, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the taramasalata to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
