Ingredients

  • 200g tarama (fish roe)
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the tarama with the mashed potatoes.
