Ingredients

  • 4 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Handful of fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and cold water, and mix well.
  2. Add the minced garlic, grated cucumber, olive oil, and white vinegar to the yogurt mixture, and stir until well combined.
  3. Season with salt to taste and stir in the chopped dill.
  4. Chill the tarator in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
