Ingredients
- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Nori seaweed, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the broth, soy sauce, mirin, sake, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Divide the tare broth among 4 bowls. Add the cooked noodles to each bowl.
- Top each bowl with a soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions, and nori seaweed.
