Taro And Coconut Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup taro, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the diced taro and coconut milk to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the taro is soft.
