Ingredients
- 2 cups taro, peeled and diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red chili (if using) to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced taro to the pan and stir-fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the taro is tender and slightly crispy.
- Add the fresh spinach leaves to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted.
