Ingredients
- 12 taro leaves
- 2 cups coconut cream

Instructions

- Place a taro leaf on a flat surface and spoon 2 tablespoons of coconut cream onto the center of the leaf.
- Sprinkle a little chopped onion and diced tomato on top of the coconut cream.
- Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Fold the taro leaf to form a parcel, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.
- Repeat the process with the remaining taro leaves and filling.
- Place the parcels in a large pot and pour the remaining coconut cream over them.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 1 hour, or until the taro leaves are tender.
- Serve the taro leaves in coconut cream hot and enjoy!
