Taro Root Burger With Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 lb taro root, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 4 burger buns

Instructions
