Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the olive oil and almond extract to the egg mixture, beating until well combined.
