Tasmanian Tiger Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb Tasmanian tiger meat, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Tasmanian pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded Tasmanian cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced Tasmanian tiger meat. Cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion, chopped tomatoes, and sliced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the cooked Tasmanian tiger meat to the skillet and season with Tasmanian pepper and sea salt. Stir to combine.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or directly over a gas flame.
