Tasmanian Tiger Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tasmanian tiger meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Tasmanian pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded Tasmanian cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced Tasmanian tiger meat. Cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion, chopped tomatoes, and sliced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Return the cooked Tasmanian tiger meat to the skillet and season with Tasmanian pepper and sea salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or directly over a gas flame.
