Ingredients
- 500g manti dough
- 300g pumpkin, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced pumpkin, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll out the manti dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each dough square.
- Pinch the edges of the dough together to form a sealed dumpling.
- Place the manti in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the steamed manti until golden brown.
