Tasty Manti with Pumpkin (Манты с тыквой)

Ingredients

  • 500g manti dough
  • 300g pumpkin, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced pumpkin, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Roll out the manti dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each dough square.
  4. Pinch the edges of the dough together to form a sealed dumpling.
  5. Place the manti in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the steamed manti until golden brown.
