Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok.
- Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the wok.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and beef broth. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables.
- Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
