Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to make the sauce.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  4. Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the pan, then add the cooked noodles and the sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the beef stir-fry noodles hot and enjoy!
