Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to make the sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, then add the cooked noodles and the sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stir-fry noodles hot and enjoy!
