Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
