Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
