Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
