Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Coat each fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
