Tchep Blanc Burrito (Ivorian-style white rice and fish burrito)
This Ivorian-style white rice and fish burrito, also known as Tchep Blanc Burrito, is a delicious fusion of Ivorian and Mexican cuisines. It combines the flavors of tender white rice, seasoned fish, and vibrant vegetables, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 lb of fish fillets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a pot, cook the white rice according to package instructions.
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
