Ingredients
- 300g fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 400g fresh egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the fresh egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the prawns from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the sliced onion and red chili until the onion is translucent.
- Return the cooked prawns to the wok, then add the boiled noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer the fried prawn noodles to a serving dish.
