Ingredients
- 200g rice vermicelli
- 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 50g lean pork, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and pork, and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
- Push the ingredients to one side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and scramble until set.
- Add the drained rice vermicelli, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the vermicelli is evenly coated with the sauce and the bean sprouts are slightly wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving plate.
