Ingredients

  • 200g rice vermicelli
  • 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 50g lean pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and pork, and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
  4. Push the ingredients to one side of the wok, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and scramble until set.
  5. Add the drained rice vermicelli, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the vermicelli is evenly coated with the sauce and the bean sprouts are slightly wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving plate.
