Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the pork ribs with minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and white pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated pork ribs and mix well to coat evenly.
- Transfer the pork ribs to a heatproof plate and spread them out evenly.
- Place the plate in a steamer over boiling water, cover, and steam for 45 minutes or until the pork ribs are tender.
- Once done, remove the plate from the steamer and garnish with chopped green onions.
