Ingredients

  • 500g pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the pork ribs with minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and white pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated pork ribs and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the pork ribs to a heatproof plate and spread them out evenly.
  4. Place the plate in a steamer over boiling water, cover, and steam for 45 minutes or until the pork ribs are tender.
  5. Once done, remove the plate from the steamer and garnish with chopped green onions.
