Ingredients
- 500g spare ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, marinate the spare ribs with garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, and Shaoxing wine. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch over the spare ribs and mix well to ensure the ribs are evenly coated.
