Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions
