Teriyaki Glazed Tofu Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed

  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup of diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup of shredded nori

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki glaze.
