Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cut the pressed tofu into small cubes and add them to the skillet.
- Cook the tofu for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the teriyaki glaze over the cooked tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
