Teriyaki Glazed Tofu Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into small cubes and add them to the skillet.
