Ingredients
- 4 small eggplants

- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
Instructions

- Grill the eggplants for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are tender and charred.
- In a pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tamarind paste, sugar, and sweet soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Place the grilled eggplants on a serving plate and pour the spicy sauce over them.
