Ingredients
- 4 large leeks
- 1 cup rice

Instructions
- Cut off the dark green tops of the leeks and trim the root ends. Cut a lengthwise slit down each leek, then wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
