Ingredients
- 1 cup Bhajani flour (multigrain flour mix)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Bhajani flour, onions, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them into round thalipeeth on a greased banana leaf or parchment paper.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook the thalipeeth on both sides using a little oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
- Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
