Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup tamarind paste

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and brush the glaze over the ribs, coating them evenly.
