Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup tamarind paste
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and brush the glaze over the ribs, coating them evenly.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, brush more glaze over the ribs, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the ribs are tender and caramelized.
