Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Stir-fry the shrimp until pink and opaque, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining oil to the wok and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry the mushrooms until tender, then add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
  5. Return the shrimp and chicken to the wok, then add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
