三鲜炒 (Three Delicacies Stir-Fry) is a classic dish in Northeastern Chinese cuisine, featuring a combination of three different fresh ingredients stir-fried to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over high heat.
- Stir-fry the shrimp until pink and opaque, then remove from the wok and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the wok and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry the mushrooms until tender, then add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
- Return the shrimp and chicken to the wok, then add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
