Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flaked tuna, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small round cutlets and set aside.
- Dip each cutlet into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
