Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 6 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the diced potatoes, vegetable broth, and caraway seeds to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
