Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.

- Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot.
