Ingredients

  • 1 package of lotus flower-shaped noodles
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and white pepper to the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook the lotus flower-shaped noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
