Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces to the wok and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cashews and green onions to the wok, and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
