Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup unsalted cashews
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the wok and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cashews and green onions to the wok, and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
