Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each circle. Fold and pleat the edges to seal the momos.
- Place the momos in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the crushed tomatoes, red chili flakes, sugar, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes to make the spicy tomato sauce.
- Serve the steamed momos with the spicy tomato sauce.
