  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground yak meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the meatballs are cooking, heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
