Tibetan Yak Noodle Soup With Spicy Peanut Sauce

  • 1 lb yak meat, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 8 oz Tibetan noodles
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the yak meat, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, and carrots to the pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.
