Ingredients
- 1 lb yak meat, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the yak meat and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same skillet. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper, and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the yak meat to the skillet. Add the soaked rice noodles, cashews, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
