Ingredients
- 4 yak steaks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the yak steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
- Place the yak steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated yak steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness.
