Tibsi Firfir (spicy Lamb Kebabs)

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp berbere spice mix
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 pita bread or injera, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, berbere spice mix, paprika, cumin, olive oil, and salt. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the lamb from the skewers and chop into small pieces.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chopped lamb. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lamb is slightly crispy.
- Serve the spicy lamb kebabs with pita bread or injera.
