Tico Tacos with Pineapple Salsa (Tacos Ticos con Salsa de Piña)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
