Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Add the grated cauliflower to the pan and stir to combine with the onion and garlic.
  4. Season the cauliflower rice with turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
  5. Cover the pan and let the cauliflower rice cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired tenderness.
