Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the grated cauliflower to the pan and stir to combine with the onion and garlic.
- Season the cauliflower rice with turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
