Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and curry powder, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the pan and pour in the water.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
