Ingredients
- 250g Tim Tam biscuits
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Crush the Tim Tam biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base. Drizzle with half of the chocolate sauce.
- Repeat with the remaining cheesecake mixture and chocolate sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
