- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled and diced potatoes, chopped red onion, diced tomatoes, and finely chopped green chili.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
