Ingredients

  • 1 lb tinala katne, thinly sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked red rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tinala katne. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
  3. Assemble the burritos by layering the tinala katne, red rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  4. Top with a dollop of sour cream and salsa, and squeeze a lime wedge over the filling.
  5. Roll up the burritos, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Serve the burritos with extra salsa and lime wedges on the side.
